In the first quarter, China's wind power generation increased by 60.4%

according to the National Energy Administration: in the first quarter of this year, China's wind power generation reached 18.8 billion kwh, an increase of 60.4%, 30 to 50 percentage points higher than the growth rate of thermal power, hydropower and nuclear power in the same period

Shi Lishan, director of the new energy department of the national energy administration, said that the sharp increase in wind power output in the first quarter is a concentrated reflection of the rapid development of wind power in China in recent years. He said that since 2005, the total installed capacity of wind power in China has doubled for five consecutive years. By the end of 2010, China has increased the installed capacity of wind power by 16million kW, with a cumulative installed capacity of 41.827 million KW, ranking first in the world, of which 31million kW has been installed and generated electricity

at present, Gansu Jiuquan, Mengdong, Mengxi, northeast, Hebei, Xinjiang, Jiangsu, Shandong and other ten million kW wind power bases are advancing in an orderly manner. The installed capacity of Mengxi and Gansu Jiuquan wind power bases is more than 5million kW, and that of Hebei, Jilin and other regions is more than 2.5 million KW. During the Shanghai WorldExpo, the Shanghai Donghai Bridge 100000 kW offshore wind farm and power generation, becoming the world's first offshore wind farm outside Europe. Subsequently, the offshore wind power concession project with a total scale of 1million kW was also launched in Jiangsu. In 2010, the wind power generation capacity reached 45billion kwh in the global implementation of micromillr technology, alloy and production patents, an increase of 63% over the previous year

the rapid development of wind power is inseparable from the national policy support. During the 11th Five Year Plan period, China successively issued a series of supporting policies and implementation rules, such as the renewable energy law, the notice on relevant requirements of wind power construction and management, and the medium and long-term development plan of renewable energy. These policies not only provide legal protection and policy support for the long-term development of wind power, but also clearly put forward the development strategy of equipment first and marketization. Up to now, wind power enterprises have enjoyed a series of preferential policies, such as three exemptions and three halvations of income tax, and 50% immediate levy and refund of value-added tax. In addition to the benchmark electricity price introduced by the state, some provinces have also introduced wind power subsidies. The wind power tariffs in Shandong and Guangdong are higher than the national benchmark electricity prices

the rapid development of wind power benefits from the equipment first strategy. According to statistics, imported equipment accounted for 90% of the installed wind power equipment in China in 2004, and Chinese made equipment accounted for 90% of the installed wind power equipment in China in 2010. With the development of the domestic wind power market, more than 10 wind power equipment manufacturing enterprises have achieved large-scale production. Seven manufacturing enterprises such as Sinovel and Jinfeng have ranked among the top 15 wind power equipment manufacturers in the world in 2010, among which Sinovel wind power (601558, Guba) has jumped to the second place in the world. After years of technology accumulation and capital investment, the production level of domestic wind power equipment has been continuously improved, and scientific and technological difficulties such as megawatt wind turbines and offshore wind turbines have been overcome one after another. Tao Gang, vice president of Sinovel wind power technology, said: at present, there is no wind power equipment parts that Chinese enterprises cannot produce

the localization of wind power equipment has driven the rapid improvement of domestic wind power technology and operation quality. At present, the world's mainstream technology is widely used in domestic wind turbines. The world's leading 3 environmental friendly interior materials that become indispensable for high-end vehicles, MW Turbines and offshore wind power projects have been settled in China. The cost per kilowatt has been reduced from about 7000 yuan at the beginning of the eleventh five year plan to less than 4000 yuan, a decrease of 40%

the rapid development of wind power benefits from the market-oriented operation mode. Before 2005, domestic wind power was mainly dominated by the power sector, with no market competition, high electricity prices, diverse structures and different performance characteristics. In recent years, the state has organized five phases of concession project bidding, through which 49 wind farm projects have been determined, with a total installed capacity of 8.8 million KW. The market-oriented operation mechanism of wind power has not only attracted a large number of capital into the field of wind turbine manufacturing, but also made wind turbine manufacturers fully compete in technology, quality and cost control, and promoted the rapid improvement of domestic wind power technology and management level. In 2009, the national development and Reform Commission issued a four-level benchmark price for wind power that belongs to the petroleum based degradable material domain according to the resource status, which further improved the accuracy of investors' judgment on the economic feasibility of wind farm construction projects
